Tori Spelling: Shot with a BB Gun During 1992 Hollywood Christmas Parade

In an Instagram post on Saturday, the renowned "Beverly Hills 90210" star, Tori Spelling, shared a throwback photo with her co-star and dear friend Brian Austin Green. This photo was from the annual Hollywood Christmas parade in Los Angeles. She vividly recalled that she had grown up watching this event on TV and was extremely excited when Donna + David were invited to ride in an antique car through the parade. It was the year 1992, and "90210" was at its peak; she was just 19 at that time. However, her excitement took a turn when she shared that it was a great ride until she got shot with a BB gun. This unexpected incident left a lasting impact on her. (2023 Penske Media; Ron Davis)

Spelling's Dramatic Encounter

Tori Spelling claims that Charlie Sheen once handed her a "hot crack pipe" when she walked into his condo. This claim adds another layer to her life's story. Spelling acknowledged that such an event is not what one would typically expect from a Christmas parade. She explained her recollection, saying, "I remember waving to the crowds as our car moved through the parade and suddenly feeling a hot sharp pain on my leg." It was a moment that took her by surprise. The actress joked that she had a flair for drama, which is a common trait among teens. After all, it's a part of growing up. So, she shrugged it off as her overactive imagination and went back to waving. However, it turned out that Spelling was right. After the parade, she checked her jeans and found a burn hole on her upper Levi thigh. She said, "All teen angst aside, I did check my jeans and sure enough there was a burn hole on my upper Levi thigh. I was ok, but the 501’s were not." This experience left her with a sense of anxiety and it took her decades to be able to ride in another parade. But, she still loves the tradition of watching the parade annually on TV with her kids. And, she added that this whole experience has added to her Christmas sTORIes. In August, they discussed their friendship on Green's "Oldish" podcast, including a falling out that lasted 18 years.Since then, they have reconnected and are closer than ever. Spelling explained during an April 2024 episode of her podcast "misSpelling" that she and Green have a "brother and sister" relationship and can tell each other everything.
